On October 28th, 2024, within the framework of WeekINN, Innovation Week, organised by Fomento de San Sebastián, and in collaboration with R+D+i agents in the city, a participative activity was carried out focused on having a different conversation and meeting on the impact of science and its social impact, mainly in the field of health.
The objectives of the session were, on the one hand, to disseminate new health research, but also to connect these innovations and research with citizens. To know their opinion and their needs, in order to align needs and science
In addition to the presentations given by renowned scientists, key players in the field of science debated, in a round table, on the field of health and the social impact that science has in this regard. Within this reflection, NOTRE project, which is cofunded within the framework of the EU Interreg Europe programme, was stated as one of the projects that allows us to know what other international ecosystems are doing and the impact that being connected with them has for our city.
The event was held at the Kursaal Conference Centre, and was attended by more than 100 people from both the professional world and the general public.
