AT THE MOMENT WE ARE WORKING ON

NOTRE (Novel Methods Improving Production Innovation Potential with examples of senior care-related solutions) is an interregional cooperation project co-funded by Interreg Europe to support the development by SMEs of new innovative products and services whose aim is healthy ageing innovation.

  • WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT?

The main goal of NOTRE is to improve the political tools that aim to achieve healthy-ageing innovation and how the development of new products or services can be supported in order to favour the strengthening of a health ecosystem.

The exchange of knowledge among interested regional parties is encouraged: final users, emerging companies and SMEs, intermediaries, and between participating regions.

As a result of this, NOTRE will lead to higher survival rates and the successful expansion of new products and services developed by emerging companies and SMEs that are aimed at the healthy ageing market.

  • WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE BEING CARRIED OUT?

The project will run for 4 years and is to be carried out in two stages:

1st stage: experience exchange and interregional learning stage.

In this first phase (3 years) the following activities will be carried out:

    • Study visits and staff exchanges.
    • Thematic training sessions.
    • Identification of good practices.
    • Local events and interregional workshops.
    • Assessment of policies and tools in each ecosystem.
    • Improving policies and new solutions.
    • Regional development plans.

In this first stage, based on the knowledge acquired, each partner will work on improving and/or making a change in the political tools that are aimed at healthy ageing innovation.

    2nd stage: monitoring stage

The aim of this second stage (that runs for 1 year) will basically consist of monitoring and assessing the effects and results of the change that has occurred and identifying the next steps to be taken.

  • WHO FUNDS THIS?
