  • Oharrak: The intern will support the management of the Cesena 4 Talents initiative assisting the UE project office with the development and implementation of services aimed at attracting and welcoming highly specialized international talents to the city. The intern will also be involved in the supporting of other European funded projects, depending on his/her skills and preferences.
    The intern will support with:
    - Event Organization: Helping plan and deliver networking events for talents, start-ups, universities, and international talents to connect or meetings organized in the EU funded projects framework. Support includes event logistics, participant outreach, and communication.
    Data and Communication: Assisting in updating the institutional website with content in English (especially the “Talent Area”).
    - Talent support: proposing useful services for talents, make sure they are well explained and presented in the Cesena 4 Talents website in English and prepare a pdf guide with a first support for incoming talents.
    Stakeholder Coordination: Supporting coordination between project partners (e.g. Chamber of Commerce, CesenaLab, UNIBO) and maintaining communications with regional initiatives like IT-ER.
    The intern will gain hands-on experience in supporting project coordination, international talent attraction, public service innovation and cross-sector collaboration within a strategic urban development framework.
