The UnternehmerTUM Incubator supports deep-tech founding teams across domains including Advanced Manufacturing & Circular Economy, Agritech, HealthTech & BioTech, Smart Cities & Sustainability, Data & AI, Quantum, Robotics, Aerospace, and more. From first idea to IPO. The Incubator\'s programs guide founding teams from early idea to market maturity. Support includes refining tech-based business ideas, validating value propositions and business models, driving MVP development, building compelling pitch decks, and preparing for pre-seed fundraising. Teams are supported through workshops, block seminars (bootcamps), and intensive coaching by a broad network of experts. A strong focus is placed on team development and an entrepreneurial mindset, including active talent matching to strengthen founding teams. Programs are delivered in a hybrid format (online and on-site) and conducted in English. Although UnternehmerTUM Incubator operates as an entrepreneurship support organization rather than a priority-sector company, the intern\'s work directly serves founding teams and projects across sectors including AI, Quantum, Biohealth, Advanced Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Sustainability. Contributing tangible value to these priority domains through program delivery, research, and coaching support. The intern will contribute across the following areas: ● Preparation, organization, and hands-on delivery of workshops, seminars, and bootcamps focused on deep-tech entrepreneurship across AI, Quantum, Biohealth, Advanced Manufacturing, and Sustainability ● Data collection and analysis to track program outcomes and startup development, providing the team with actionable insights ● Support for administrative processes, community building, and social media activities to strengthen the Incubator\'s network and visibility ● Design and refinement of workshop and seminar materials, ensuring high-quality program delivery ● Participation in startup assessments and coaching sessions in a junior coach capacity, directly supporting founding teams in priority sectors ● Research and synthesis of trends and topics relevant to the deep-tech startup ecosystem, feeding directly into program content and coaching ● Support in leveraging AI tools to improve and scale program delivery, contributing to the organization\'s operational efficiency

- Titulación: EMPRENDIMIENTO, INNOVACIÓN, COMUNICACIÓN O ADMINISTRACIÓN DE EMPRESAS. Required: ● Comfort with or willingness to quickly learn digital tools such as G Suite, Zoom, Miro, Notion, Mailchimp, and Salesforce ● Openness to working with AI tools as part of everyday workflows ● Strong collaboration skills, a service mindset, and a team-first approach ● A recommendation mindset: coming to the table with suggestions, not just observations ● Willingness to support event organization and delivery, including hands-on on-site involvement Nice to have: ● Basic German skills ● Previous experience in event support, project coordination, or workshop facilitation, whether in a paid role, student organization, or volunteer context ● Exposure to the startup or innovation ecosystem in any capacity
