- Observaciones: Department of labour insertion Project POSSIBLE. The Project is aimed at formally low-skilled women with migration experience who have an increased need for support. Activities: Developing Competence Profiles: Create individual competence profiles for migrant women. Identify their development potential and opportunities for labour market integration. Job Coaching: Design personalized job coaching concepts. Implement these coaching sessions independently. Labour Market Integration Support: Assist participants throughout their integration process into the job market. Collaborate with the La Red project team on qualification measures. lnternship and Qualification Support: Provide individual guidance during internships and training phases. Advising on Qualification Recognition: Counsel participants on their foreign qualifications. Develop action plans for cases where necessary documents are not recognized. Networking and Study Visits: Collaborate independently with company networks. Organize and conduct study visits to institutions relevant to the labour market (e.g., training centers).

- Titulación: TRABAJO SOCIAL, DERECHO O CIENCIAS POLÍTICAS Studies in fields such as Social Work, Law, or Political Science. Additional desirable qualities include empathy, communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. A good command of English and other languages are an asset, as is the willingness to engage in collaborative, interdisciplinary teamwork.
