- Observaciones: Sport sciences, in a project to promote gender equality among coaches and to create healthy youth sports environments by developing the skills of female coaches in lign with EU policies.
The projects strategy involves analyzing the needs of female youth sports coaches, using research-based evidence to design FEMcoach course contents and teaching-learning processes. The FEMcoach course is both online and in-person, creating opportunities for coaches to create a community of practice and engage with stakeholders.
The activities for this internship include:
Monitor the implementation of the digital FEMCoach platform: the online FEMCoach platform will integrate the tools, components, contents and services needed to develop the FEMCoach elearning and its respective community of practice.
The teaching-learning process development in FEMCoach course report includes the following subtasks:
Definition of the research plan
FEMCoach process evaluation
FEMCoach process report
Paper III written (Preparation of the scientific paper to be submitted to a JCR scientific journal (Q1).
FEMCoach golden version and MOOC final design and implementation
Organization of the National workshop (multiplier sport events) program and reports - Nivel Académico: Licenciatura o Grado (C5-8)
