City Council of Donostia - San Sebastián / Fomento San Sebastián
Fomento de San Sebastián- municipal public society for the sustainable economic development of the city- is the leader and coordinator of the project.
Departments of Environment, Infrastructures and Urban Services (Water and Public Lighting) and Mobility of the City Council Of Donostia/San Sebastián are active members of the project, contributing with human resources and technological equipment.
The Regional Government of Gipuzkoa (Diputación Foral de Guipúzcoa) has supported the project, giving funding for the replication of the project in Altza neighbourhood.
Project executed within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, and financed by the European Union-Next Generation EU and by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, and by the Department of Tourism, Commerce and Consumption of the Basque Government.
