Citizenship
The houses of the Txomin, Old Town, Altza district and Sancho el Sabio street are taking part in the project, with the installation of smart water meters and a energy consumption monitoring platform, giving also energy saving measures advisory.
Participation in the project is voluntary in all cases.
Project executed within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, and financed by the European Union-Next Generation EU and by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, and by the Department of Tourism, Commerce and Consumption of the Basque Government.
